ORDER POLICY: Each item listed on the web are limited stock and may already be sold. Each piece of furniture you purchase, if already sold, Chris Carlson will create a new piece and it will not be like the piece displayed. Due to the uniqueness of each size, shape and usability of the piece of material selected for use will determine the final design and look of each piece. |

CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders will require a 50% down payment before start of project. Payment is due upon completion of the item. If customer refuses item, customer forfeits the down payment. Buyer must contact Chris Carlson, the Artist to determine price and availability. |

SHIPPING: Shipping arrangements and insuring delivery will be the buyers responsibility. All shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer and will be paid to the carrier before item is picked up for delivery. Please contact us and find out approximate weight of item to be shipped. |
